Shipping & Delivery
Local Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-10 business days after payment is received. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and other unforeseen circumstances (such as holidays or natural disasters).
We will dispatch the third party delivery service that we contract with.
International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Tracking: All shipments will include tracking information. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring they are available to receive the product upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider, customs clearance, or other external factors. In cases of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and replace are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or errors that differ from the described specifications.
Notification: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to report a production error. Provide details of the error and include any relevant photos (and videos if necessary).
Return Process: If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund or Exchange: Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement product, as per the buyer’s preference.
Exclusions: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
We will take all responsibility for the cost of return and replace.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase for unopened products in their original condition and packaging. Customers must cover any additional shipping costs for exchanges, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
