Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of products and services provided by imaginary irra (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Product Information
All product descriptions, including fragrance notes, packaging details, and product usage, are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, variations in production may lead to slight differences in product appearance, color, and packaging.
We cannot guarantee that the product images displayed online are an exact representation of the actual product due to differences in screen resolution and lighting.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and include any applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax). However, prices may exclude additional charges such as shipping costs, import duties, or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We define the special price for the customers in Myanmar for many reasons. It is recognized as the special price or privilege price.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice due to market conditions, changes in production costs, or promotional offers.
In case of price adjustments after an order is placed, the originally stated price at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, mobile payments, bank transfers, etc.]. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is confirmed.
All payment details provided must be accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if there is any issue with the payment method provided.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Local Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-10 business days after payment is received. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and other unforeseen circumstances (such as holidays or natural disasters).
We will dispatch the third party delivery service that we contract with.
International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Tracking: All shipments will include tracking information. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring they are available to receive the product upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider, customs clearance, or other external factors. In cases of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and replace are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or errors that differ from the described specifications.
Notification: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to report a production error. Provide details of the error and include any relevant photos (and videos if necessary).
Return Process: If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund or Exchange: Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement product, as per the buyer’s preference.
Exclusions: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
We will take all responsibility for the cost of return and replace.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase for unopened products in their original condition and packaging. Customers must cover any additional shipping costs for exchanges, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Import Taxes and Customs Duties
Local Taxes: For customers within Myanmar, local taxes, such as sales tax or VAT, are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
International Orders: For customers outside of Myanmar, import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to customs clearance procedures.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before making a purchase.
8. Product Use and Liability
Our perfumes are designed for external use only. Please avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
We recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin before full application to ensure no allergic reactions or sensitivities occur.
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by improper use of our products or individual sensitivities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, fragrance formulas, packaging, logos, and brand materials, are the exclusive property of imaginary irra. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
10. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions: Any promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes must be used in accordance with the specific terms provided. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Discounts: Discounts are non-transferable and may have expiration dates. We reserve the right to terminate promotions or modify terms without prior notice.
Gift With Purchase: If an order that qualified for a free gift is returned, the gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from the refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
We do not guarantee that the use of our products will meet all individual expectations or desired results, as each customer’s experience may vary.
12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the updated terms before making any further purchases.
